Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky International Airport (Elizovo) (managed by Airports of Regions MC) switched to the autumn-winter flight schedule starting on October 31. In the new season, passengers of Kamchatka’s main airport can traditionally use flights to Moscow, Siberian cities and the Far East, with intra-regional flights over the Kamchatka region being available as well.
Flights to Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport will be operated daily by Aeroflot Airlines. The Rossiya Airlines will perform flights to Moscow twice a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Aurora, the united airlines of the Far East, will continue operating flights to Anadyr and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk three times a week Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Air services between the peninsula and Irkutsk will be maintained. S7 Airlines will continue direct flights on a weekly basis. The IrAero Airlines offers the customers of Elizovo airport to take advantage of flying to Irkutsk via Blagoveshchensk also once a week.
The flight programme to Vladivostok will be represented by flights performed by S7 and Aurora airlines. S7 plans to fly to Novosibirsk six times a week. Kamchatka Aviation Enterprise will provide air services within Kamchatka Territory to nine destinations.
