Tourist cluster’s point of growth
In 2018, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky International Airport (Yelizovo) was placed under the management of Airports of Regions MC, which won an investment tender for the right to upgrade the region’s main air hub owned by the Kamchatka Territory Development Corporation. An agreement on the project implementation was signed between the Kamchatka Territory Development Corporation and Airports of Regions Management Company on November 3, 2017.
Master plan
The modernization project includes the construction of a new passenger terminal with gross built area in excess of 50,000 sq m that will provide services for passengers of domestic and international flights. The passenger terminal cluster will also comprise a 120-room hotel and a business center.
